Our newly remodeled and updated vacation home has over 1500 Square feet inside and a huge yard for everyone in your group to enjoy, including dogs. Newly remodeled and super clean inside and out. The open kitchen has a big beautiful island and a large dining room table. Featuring a Fireplace; Game room, a Den & TV & Musician room, three bedrooms, two bath rooms, a fenced-in back yard with a huge deck, grilling area, garage with washer and dryer and room for everything needed for the beach and party.

Quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Walk to Wade Park, which has a nice trail for dog walking and a nice playground. Only a short drive to Long Leaf Park, which has a dog park, a huge playground, sports fields and courts… This vacation home is in a very low traffic, residential area. Some people actually get around with a golf cart to visit friends and neighbors. Whisky Trail Bar & Restaurant and the Keg and Egg Restaurant and gas station just a mile away. Lowes Grocery and Dollar General, Port City Java, Cut and Pour Restaurant, and Bar Masonboro are less than 5 minutes away, and Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, and many restaurants are less than 10 minutes away in Monkey Junction. Parking available for 6-8 cars, on the new 20 feet wide concrete driveway.
